Who
The Drug & Alcohol Consortium of Allen County (DAC) consists of
94 organizational members spanning across treatment,
intervention, justice, prevention, government, education, business, and
the community to reduce the negative impact of drugs and alcohol
in Allen County.

Recognition of National Red Ribbon Week to promote
drug-free activities and life style.

Youth rally to promote local participation in
remaining drug-free by promoting participation in National Red Ribbon Week's "We
Have Better Things to Do Than Drugs." Presenters include Congressman Mark
Souder, the IPFW Men's Basketball Team, and Jennings Center Steppers.

"2-Ball" basketball shotting contest for pairs of
boys or girls under the age of 19 and parent-child pairs. Activities also
include an art poster contest promoting the message, "We Have Better Things to
Do Than Drugs."
